Work products created specifically for clients under contract remain the property of the client upon full payment. ProfitLab.AI retains the right to use general methodologies, processes, and learnings from client engagements for future work.

ProfitLab.AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific services in question.

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and project details. Specific confidentiality terms are outlined in individual service agreements.

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Termination does not affect obligations already incurred.

ProfitLab.AI reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
